Ringwood Hall Hotel`s new restaurant menu, served by our enthusiatic team in the Coach House Dining Room, under the supervision of Emma Fletcher - Restaurant Manager.

      To Start

  • Freshly prepared soup of the day served with crusty bread.
  • Prawn & egg mayonniase set on a bed of fresh garden leaves with brown bread and butter (v).
  • Fan of fresh honeydew melon served with cured ham & crusty bread (v).
  • Sauteed button mushrooms cooked in a garlic cream sauce finished with fresh herbs and a parmesan croute (v).
  • Pressed ham hock terrine served with homemade sweet picalilli relish and crusty bread.
  • Salamogundi. - Salmon, cream cheese and herb mousse wrapped in smoked salmon served with a dill and caper salad and lemon oil and brown toast (v).
  • Deep fried breaded brie served with a Cumberland sauce & crusty bread (v).
  • Chef`s homemade humus served with pitta bread & battened celery sticks (v).
  • Poached pair, walnut & thyme salad finished with a rich Roquefort dressing & crusty bread (v).
  • Thai style crab cakes on a bed of fresh leaves with a sweet chilli and lime dipping sauce.
  • Homemade chicken liver pate served with a red onion chutney & crusty bread.
  • Chilled Spanish omelette set on baby mixed leaves, dressed with a truffle infused oil (v).

All starters can be ordered as a main course either as the portion size that they are or on request, a larger portion £9.95.

Main Courses

  • Pan fried chicken breast on a white wine, mushroom & tarragon sauce with a timbale of rice
  • Chef`s special luxury fish pie topped with cheesy mash served with vegetables of the day (v).
  • Crisp open top minced beef & onion pie in a rich red wine and thyme sauce served with vegetables & potatoes of the day.
  • Seared salmon fillet with homemade hollandaise sauce on a spinach & beetroot salad served with potatoes of the day (v).
  • Fully loaded 1/2 pound burger served with thick hand cut chips & a salad garnish
  • Beer battered fish, hand cut chips and mushy peas served with homemade tartar sauce (v).
  • Pan fried 10oz (270g) rib-eye steak, sauteed mushrooms & hand cut chips. *
  • Pan fried 8oz (224g) fillet steak served with sauteed mushrooms, grilled tomato & hand cut chips on a creamy peppercorn sauce.*
  • Prawn Arrabiata. Greenland prawns tossed with penne pasta in a rich and spicy tomato sauce.
  • Wild mushroom and asparagus risotto topped with parmesan crisps (v).
  • Ringwood Mixed Grill. Beef steak, grilled salmon, pork sausage, black pudding, grilled tomato, button mushrooms & potato cakes topped with fried eggs. *
  • Home made chicken tikka masala, pilau rice & garlic nam bread.
  • Chicken breast in a crisp breadcrumb filled with cheese and ham, served with a seasonal side salad and new potatoes.

A selection of oils and dressings are available on request, freshly grated parmesan shavings and milled black pepper are also available. Our steak weights are for a typical portion before cooking. Please note some of our dishes may contain traces of nuts and some of our fish dishes may contain small bones.

  • Selection of locally sourced cheeses served with a selection of biscuits, walnuts, celery, grapes and a homemade chutney (£1.95 extra)
  • Selection of dairy ice creams and sorbets.

  • Old English trifle topped with shaved dark chocolate.
