Start your New Year celebrations early with our Pre New Years Eve Party, enjoy a sumptuous buffet and dance the night away with our resident DJ.

Arrival at 7.30pm Buffet at 8.00pm Bar closes at 11.30pm with dancing available until midnight

Beetroot, cumin and raspberry salad

Dressed smoked salmon with cucumber, fennel and radish

Blue cheese mousse with candied walnuts and red chicory

Lightly curried cod with spinach, sweet potato and coriander

Mixed bean and roasted vegetable cassoulet, with herb crumbs and parsley oil dressing 

Pork belly with butternut and chorizo stew and puffed pork rind 

Wild mushroom, truffle, aged parmesan and herb pasta
