Enjoy a Kir Royale cocktail and canapés on arrival followed by a delicious 4-course menu  Our close-hand magician will keep you entertained during dinner and our resident DJ will keep you on your feet and dancing until midnight.

Arrival at 7.00pm - Dinner at 7.30pm. Bar and disco available until midnight

Butternut squash, tomato and sage soup with sage oil

Lemon and lime cured salmon, herb salad, sweet mustard dressing

Pressed chicken and marinated prune terrine, plum and apple chutney, toasted brioche

Fillet of pork wrapped in Parma ham and sage, fondant potato, panache of vegetables, wild mushroom sauce

Cod fillet, smoked haddock, clam and herb chowder, saffron potatoes

Spinach and ricotta tortellini, basil pesto cream sauce, toasted pine nuts
