Outdoor spaces work seamlessly with our indoor meeting rooms, giving you flexibility, versatility and the opportunity to devise the perfect blend of business focus and team building activities to stimulate and motivate your delegates.

For the larger conferences, our super spacious garden marquee and Ringwood Suite give you space to consider numerous layout options, whilst the Portland Suite, the Chatsworth Suite and the Hollingwood Suite all provide smaller conference and/or excellent boardroom facilities for more focussed and intimate business meetings.


The Ringwood Suite is Ringwood Hall Hotel's most spacious conference room within the main hotel, with full length conservatory leading to the terraces and gardens beyond. This suite has the space for various layout options and with its own private conservatory also provides a private refreshment area overlooking uninterrupted views of the grounds. Attractive paved terraces lead out from the conservatory, providing a place for delegates to work or relax outdoors in fine weather.

The Garden Marquee is a fabulous outdoor space set in the heart of the Parklands of the hotel.  Accessible through the hotel gardens or directly from its own dedicated car park, the flexibility of this space is unique. Comfortably seating well over 350 delegates, cabaret style, you will still have ample room for breakout areas within the marquee and have access to the hotel Parkland, a beautiful outdoor space, which can be easily tailored to form a key element of your event.

The Portland Suite & Chatsworth Suite are co-located in the main hotel and can be used alone or in conjunction with each other. Both rooms have the space for various layout options and can benefit from a further private refreshment area overlooking the extensive grounds. The Portland & Chatsworth Suite both have access to paved terraces, providing a place for delegates to work or relax outdoors in fine weather.

The Hollingwood Suite is located on the first floor of the main hotel. This suite is perfect when set up in a boardroom layout and also has the space for various other layout options. With a balcony overlooking the hotel grounds, your delegates can fully embrace ‘blue sky thinking’ as they take in magnificent views of the hotel grounds.
